QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A Degree or Diploma in ICT/Business or related discipline is required with extensive relevant business analysis experience
  • Proven ICT business and system analysis skills with a strong focus on delivering required outcomes, defined business processes and improved digital experiences.
  • Experience working in Vocational Education and Training or the TAFE sector is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate, diagnose and make recommendations to improve key business processes and systems
  • Proven experience in the presentation of business review outcomes to senior management

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

  • Current Victorian Working with Children Clearance
  • Current Police Check (not older than 12 months old)
  • Current Driver’s Licence

Responsibilities:

TAFE Gippsland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT specialist to join our team in this key role. As an integral part of the ICT Technology Roadmap 2025-2026 programme, this position willbe instrumental in enhancing technology capabilities and improving the digital experience for our students, staff, and stakeholders. The ICT Business & Systems Analyst will be crucial in driving operational efficiency, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring IT systems align with business objectives and user needs. This will involve analysing current business processes, practices, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and integrating these enhancements into both existing and planned operations. Reporting directly to the ICT Manager, this role is subject to a six-month probationary period.
