JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated ICT Systems and Network Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, implementing, and testing cloud and on-premises services in hybrid or interconnected environments.
- You will ensure the best networking practices, security patterns, and performance on services such as VMware Solutions, Windows and Linux environment, Microsoft Office 365 and Intune services, Microsoft Azure.
- Manage, maintain, and improve implemented solutions and network-related services, as well as providing expert advice and support to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong documentation and proposal preparation skills.
  • Familiarity with observability tools such as SentinelOne and Atera for alert triggers and monitoring.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills using network and OS logs and metrics support tools (TCPDump, Task Manager, Nmap, etc.).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide expert advice and support to clients.
  • Solid experience in designing, implementing, and testing cloud and on-premises services in hybrid or interconnected environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux (Debian, Ubuntu Server) and Windows Server 2016-2022, including installation, maintenance, and performance optimization.
  • Professional certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency in configuring and optimizing networking practices, security patterns, and performance on platforms such as VMware vCenter and ESXi, Windows Server RDS Services, Microsoft Intune, Office 365, and Microsoft Azure Services.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide efficient assistance during fault incidents or network unavailability.
  • Generate documentation with cause analysis, recommendations, and best practices.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals to clients, including cost analysis and optimization.
