REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelors/ Masters/ PhD in Electrical engineering or equivalent

• 6+ years experience managing ICT and security projects

• Manages and is responsible for the ICT/Non-ICT and Security Engineering Design Discipline.
• Oversees the implementation and management of value engineering processes.
• Lead the oversight of the overall design and engineering activities on all F&E projects.
• Responsible for design delivery for all design stages (30%, 60%, 90%) for projects designed ‘in-house’ including specifications, in accordance with approved design guidelines and standards.
• Manages the design-based activities for ‘outsourced’ design packages, including design reviews and technical approvals as required whilst ensuring adherence to regulations and design guidelines.
• Ensure that engineering and design learnings are shared and implemented across all projects.
• Provide a technical assurance role for all internal and outsourced design deliverables.
