Job Description/Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years of experience in tech operations, DevOps, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Linux, cloud platforms
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and maintain our technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless deployment of new features and updates
- Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Manage and optimize our cloud services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high availability
- Ensure compliance with security protocols, data privacy regulations, and industry standards
- Provide technical support for internal teams, including training and documentation
- Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 coverage
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
- Manage backend operations and activities
