Job Title: ICT Project Manager

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation and risk management strategies.
Execution and Delivery:
Oversee all stages of project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and performance metrics.
Budget and Resource Management:
Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Identify and resolve resource conflicts and constraints.
Risk and Issue Management:
Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Address issues promptly to minimize impact on project delivery.
Compliance and Standards:
Ensure projects adhere to industry best practices, organizational standards, and compliance requirements.
Promote the use of agile methodologies and tools for project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of ICT systems, infrastructure, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
Leadership and Communication:
Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Project Management Proficiency:
Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master.
Experience managing large-scale ICT projects in sectors like healthcare, finance, or government.
Knowledge of ITIL and service delivery frameworks.
