Description:
To prepare a list of potential client’s businesses through various sources.
- Keeping up to date with employer’s and competitor’s offerings as well as market trends.
- Visiting both current and prospective clients to identify sales opportunities.
- Assessing client needs
- Advising suitable products and services.
- Promoting ICT products and services.
- Providing price quotes, negotiating terms, and managing contract completion.
- Coordinating product delivery, equipment installation, and service provision.
- Prepare & submit sales report to the management team
- Observe and assess product trend and market pulse to provide feedback on the products and services offered
- Following up with client’s post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address issues, and facilitate adjustments.
- preparing sales reports, and maintaining and submitting records of business expenses incurred
