    We’re seeking an ICT Services Leader (Onsite) to provide strategic and operational technology leadership that enhances teaching and learning within one of RTG’s customers, a dynamic K-12 independent school. This is a core leadership role within the school leading a team of RTG onsite staff as well as other remote RTG resources. You will be responsible for planning, including developing a well-thought-out roadmap, operational and project management, customer service, and people coaching and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the College’s senior management team to ensure that the technology environment best supports the learning and teaching objectives and goals of the College.
  • Develop an annual technology roadmap and operating budget and monitor the implementation of the roadmap.
  • Drive and manage projects and to ensure successful delivery including ongoing support and training.
  • Lead your team to deliver consistently superior customer service that are continuously improved.
  • Implement and manage operational procedures for the management of all technology.
  • Lead the team to meet the SLAs and XLAs to outperform user expectations.
  • Together with Security Consultant at RTG drive improvement and focus on cyber security.
  • Lead, coach and develop your team and be an active participant in RTG training and best practice sharing.
