REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience working in a professional customer service environment;
  • 6 months of experience providing IT support desirable;
  • Microsoft Desktop, Server, or Networking Certifications will be highly regarded;
  • Hands-on knowledge of ICT including networking and troubleshooting;
  • Can do attitude and a teamwork centric work ethic;
  • Ability to work to a rotating roster over 7 days.
