Haymes Paint is looking for a full time ICT Support Technician to join the IT team, based in Ballarat.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all systems are operating at optimum level with minimal or no downtime, using a pro-active approach.
  • Providing technical support, troubleshooting and management of systems and devices, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
  • Recording all services provided in our ticket system and taking responsibility for the job from start to finish.
  • Be involved in developing documentation, training materials and guides to support the use of technology and best practices
  • Working closely with the IT Manager to ensure the ICT environment supports the use of appropriate technologies
  • Using your initiative to anticipate potential issues, make suggestions and share ideas
  • Building and developing relationships with our clients and suppliers.
  • Promoting a positive culture within the team and supporting others in the workspace.
