As Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the wholistic end-to-end technical operations of a SAP cloud native application based on AWS. Your responsibility will focus on the customer facing operations on productive systems. You will work collaboratively with customers, partners, product engineering teams, and product support teams around the globe, ensuring high availability and performance.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge and experience working on native cloud apps (AWS based)
• Basic knowledge on CI/CD tools (especially container-oriented environments)
• Proven experience on Kubernetes
• Great documentation skills
• Experience working in agile/scrum-based environments
• Working on ways to further automate and improve our CI/CD process, shifting it left
• Collaborate with engineering and product management as well as other service groups
• Knowledge on Terraform is a plus
• Network knowledge is beneficial
• Fluent written and spoken English

• Operate the product Field Service Management (FSM) in an infrastructure team
• Enhance a cloud native AWS product with SAP standard capabilities in development operations to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with the engineering teams to guide and support them
• Drive for automation and standardization
• Ensure smooth operations and maximize uptime
