About the Role:
As an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Support Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the security and efficiency of our digital operations.
You’ll work within our global team to provide expert support for a range of IAM applications, contributing to the overall success of our technology transformation.

Responsibilities:

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:
Application Support: Ensure the stability, availability, and security of IAM applications.
End-User Support: Provide timely assistance to end-users, resolving issues and addressing their needs.
Incident Management: Coordinate, communicate, and resolve outages effectively.
Security Compliance: Adhere to strict security standards and procedures.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation, self-service, and process improvements.
Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to documentation, create tutorials, and collaborate with global teams.
Qualifications:
Essential:
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent customer service orientation
Basic SQL, networking, Unix/Linux, and API knowledge
Preferred:
Experience with ElasticSearch, Kibana, Matomo, OIDC, SAML, Python, and security topics
Fluency in French and English
