The Identity Lifecycle and Governance team is responsible for how users within an organization are given an identity, and how it is protected, which includes securing critical applications, data, and systems from unauthorized access while managing the identities and access rights of people the organization. The Identity and Access Management Analyst will be responsible for access management for applications, systems, and resources while ensuring compliance.
For this role, you are required to work from Prague office 2 days a week, the rest is work from home.
Medtronic does not cover the cost of relocation to Prague, Czech Republic.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Provisions and de-provisions access across multiple platforms and system environments.
  • Acts as an escalation point for security problems not resolved by the IT Service Desk.
  • Ensures compliance and adherence with corporate security controls and standards.
  • Analyzes and resolves problems with user and/or data access. Proactively identifies basic security problems and presents/develops solutions.
  • Participates in data clean-up efforts with direction from management. Performs Active Directory data updates and normalization.
  • Assists with Role mining/development activities where necessary.
  • Communicates effectively with team members, internal stakeholders, and management.

Must Haves

  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID
  • Foundational knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting
  • University degree
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, quick learner with motivation for personal development
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to details and commitment to quality

Nice to Haves

  • Demonstrated understanding of user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access control concepts
  • Working knowledge of AWS, Linux/Unix, CyberArk, Splunk,
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and techniques
  • Ability to establish and revise processes/documents based on new and changing security requirements.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of information security policies, standards, and/or governance controls in complex computing environments.
  • CI/CD automation and experience with cloud development on AWS, Azure or GCP.
  • Experience providing support for account issues in the Identity & Governance system, related integrations, or other IAM systems.
