We are seeking a fearless and results-driven leader to join our Cybersecurity Area as the Identity and Access Management Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a forward-thinking IAM strategy that enhances how we manage identities across the KRUK Group. Your ability to bring business, IT, and security leaders to the table to foster collaboration and secure our digital assets is key to the success of this initiative. You will lead the design, deployment, and continual improvement of IAM practices, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Deep knowledge of IAM tools and technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with identity governance, access management, and privileged access management PAM.
  • Proven ability to lead IAM projects in a complex, multi-national organization, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Solid understanding of security frameworks and regulations such as ISO27001, GDPR, DORA, and PFSA/KNF.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Polish B2 or higher.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to risk management and IAM operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the IAM strategy, ensuring alignment with KRUK Group’s global security objectives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, HR, and cybersecurity teams to create seamless IAM processes that improve security and efficiency.
  • Drive modernization and automation of IAM processes, introducing industry best practices and guidelines for access governance and identity lifecycle management.
  • Oversee the integration of IAM solutions and ensure they meet security, compliance, and operational needs.
  • Conduct periodic access reviews and compliance checks in line with ISO27001, DORA, and Polish Financial Supervision Authority KNF guidelines.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between the cybersecurity team and business units, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration
  • Provide leadership to a global IAM team, fostering a culture of innovation, growth, and performance.
