The key skills and competencies we are seeking in the successful candidate include:

• IAM Technologies: Proficient in IAM technologies and directory services (e.g., MS Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta).
• Azure and Automation: Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and automating provisioning to SaaS and on-premises applications.
• Scripting and APIs: Skilled in scripting (Java, VB, PowerShell, Perl) and understanding XML and IAM APIs.
• Cybersecurity Operations: Extensive background in cybersecurity operations, risk assessment, and controls.
• Palo Alto Skills: Experience with Palo Alto technologies, including firewalls and other security solutions.
• Cloud Environments: Experience with cloud environments, particularly AWS, O365, and Azure.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to produce clear documentation and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration: Proven teamwork abilities and capacity to work collaboratively with others.

Join our team as an Identity and Cybersecurity Operations Engineer and take charge of upholding and ensuring the security posture of Village Roadshow’s IT environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure secure and efficient management of identity and access across the Village Roadshow Group.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Identity and Access Management: Oversee and support the delivery of IAM functions for employees and customers across all of Village.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with leadership, program management, and development teams to turn strategy into actionable projects.
• Infrastructure and Policy Design: Provide expert advice on designing and implementing infrastructure programs and developing cybersecurity policies and standards.
• Problem Resolution and Technical Support: Lead problem resolution efforts and provide technical support to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Cybersecurity Expertise: Maintain expertise in cybersecurity practices and standards (e.g., CIS, NIST, ISO 27001/2).
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to enhancing cybersecurity standards and processes based on industry trends and practices.
