Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess the current state of IAM environments and systems by facilitating and participating in

interviews with key stakeholders and document review.

• Facilitate meetings with technical and business stakeholders to elicit business and functional

requirements and conduct business process analysis.

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct the analysis of client business processes and functional

requirements and the preparation of appropriate documentation to communicate and

validate the information.

• Review and analyze client and system data to evaluate the strength and usefulness of the

data and aide in the design/implementation of IAM systems.

• Draft and review use case, process workflows, analysis reports, requirements documents,

and other documentation.

• Work with IAM architects and engineers to assist with creation of design documentation.
• Develop test plans and test cases for IAM solutions.
• Perform document reviews for compliance with standardizes templates as well as checking

for spelling, grammar, tone, and consistency.
