JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

This entry level position supports day-to-day operational support, including enhancements and upgrades to GW’s enterprise-wide identity and access management (IAM) systems. As a member of the IAM team, the core responsibilities of this role include data analysis for identity management application extensions, event handlers, connectors and web services, and reviewing programs for new and enhanced application design and documentation. Additional responsibilities involve providing support for upgrades of identity management applications or related source/target modifications. This is a customer facing position which requires excellent communication skills as well as the ability to influence change. Technical writing skills are also desired. Familiar with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) identity automation methodologies: Design, Model, Execute, Monitor and Optimize. This position also supports financial audit data collection and financial services security administration.
Performs other related duties as assigned. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiar with working in the IT field, including direct experience with Business Process automation and mapping preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, testers, end users, and developers to develop, refine, and communicate requirements.
  • Familiarity with Process automation methodologies; Design, Model, Execute, Monitor and Optimize is desired.
  • Experience with SQL and PowerShell preferred
  • Familiarity with SharePoint features, functionality, and capabilities desired.
  • Familiarity with Workflow automation toolsets preferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with ITSM tools, e.g., Remedy; ServiceNow preferred
  • Experience with and an understanding of Identity Management applications and concepts is desired.
