Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Identity Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS) and experience managing identity and access management solutions. The candidate should be skilled in agile delivery methods, including Scrum, and be able to drive the development and enhancement of our identity services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Product Owner for identity management services, including AD DS and AD CS, defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and business teams, to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and product backlogs.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Lead agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of identity management services, driving continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.
• Monitor and report on product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Provide subject matter expertise on AD DS, AD CS, and related technologies, guiding the team in best practices and innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role with a focus on identity and access management solutions.
• Strong expertise in Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS).
• Familiarity with Scrum or other agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into business outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset with a focus on delivering value.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or certifications in Microsoft identity services are a plus.
