Description:
Identity Security Engineer - Flutter Group, Hybrid & Remote
Role Purpose:
We are seeking an Identity Security Engineer with a focus on managing and improving our Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes within Flutter Group.
This role is integral in strengthening our security posture by executing effective access governance strategies using SailPoint IdentityNow, ensuring compliance with security policies, and minimising risks through large-scale identity campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical and strategic experience, particularly in designing and executing IAM campaigns, and will excel in handling communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- IAM Campaign Management: Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of IAM campaigns within SailPoint IdentityNow, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance standards.
- Data Accuracy and Campaign Scope: Ensure the accuracy of roles, permissions, and data across integrated applications. Figure out most suitable campaign type (role-based or permission-based) and scale campaigns effectively based on the number of managers, roles, and applications involved.
- Communication Strategy: Develop and implement pre-launch communication strategies to prepare managers and stakeholders for upcoming IAM campaigns. Facilitate buy-in from senior management and lead campaign timelines.
- Manager Support and Inquiries: Define processes for responding to questions from managers regarding roles, permissions, and discrepancies. Collaborate with service management and relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate support.
- Access Governance Processes: Implement and manage access governance processes, with a focus on recertification campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with teams across the organization to ensure IAM practices are embedded in business processes from the beginning of projects. Provide consultancy to projects to ensure identity and access security controls are implemented correctly.
Key Competencies:
- IAM Expertise: 3+ years of identity and access governance experience running campaigns and managing IAM tools, specifically SailPoint IdentityNow. Experience handling authentication and identity federation with Okta IDP.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to handle complex datasets, ensuring data accuracy in IAM campaigns and providing clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and work collaboratively across global, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes and influence stakeholders while balancing risk and compliance requirements.
Experience and Skills:
- IAM Campaigns: Experience designing, managing, and executing IAM campaigns using SailPoint IdentityNow, with an emphasis on communication strategy and handling complex inquiries.
- SailPoint IdentityNow: Strong working knowledge of SailPoint IdentityNow, including hands-on experience with user lifecycle management, access reviews, and policy violation handling.
- Collaboration and Influence: Experience working in a collaborative, global environment and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Technical Acumen: Good understanding of identity-related APIs, cloud security architectures (AWS), and best practices for secure IAM integration.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools and processes.
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS) and security measures within these environments.
What you can expect:
- 25 days of annual leave;
- Sharesave scheme;
- ”Flexible Benefits” of your choice;
- Private health insurance (includes dental insurance and health assessments);
- Free parking;
- Thousands of courses online through ‘Udemy’.
