At Facephi, we are looking for new colleagues with experience in positions similar to Identity Solutions Manager to join our big family. If you are eager to add value to the team and take on new challenges that will be presented to you, come and meet us.
Your mission will be manage and explore existing or alternative revenue sources by entering new markets/clients to achieve the strategic objectives of the KYP vertical—Airlines, Airports, and Immigration.
What will be your functions?
- Define the medium- and long-term strategy for the KYP vertical—Airlines, Airports, and Immigration—considering client needs, market trends, and technological opportunities.
- Perform B2B analysis and prospecting in the assigned region, prioritizing countries of strategic interest to the company.
- Analyze new segments for the company to expand its potential market, quantifying the size of each target sector, potential companies, and transaction volumes.
- Optimize workflows and processes by identifying areas for improvement in lead generation, and make adjustments to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct post-sales follow-ups with clients to achieve up-selling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with Partners/clients defined for each geographical area or market segment to explore new distribution channels.
- Support the Business area in ensuring the successful acceptance of projects by clients. Work with the business team and partners to ensure a smooth transition from qualified leads to sales opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Market knowledge.
- Knowledge of company technology.
- Handling of legal documentation.
- Basic financial, marketing, and sales reporting knowledge.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Commercial awareness of the solutions offered to clients.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Technical training in computer science, engineering, or related fields.
- Specialization in administration or business.
