JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a detail-oriented IFRS 16 Administrative Specialist with proficiency in Italian and/or French. This administrative role involves meticulously reading and analyzing lease contracts, and subsequently entering contract data into the Planon system. Additionally, the role requires interaction with clients through the Service Now system.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Proficiency in Italian/French
  • Good Communication skills
  • Eye for detail and accuracy
  • Experience with Service Now systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with IFRS 16 standards and lease accounting principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an advantage
    Location: Wroclaw or Hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Translation of Leasing Contracts: Accurately translate various types of leasing contracts, ensuring all legal and technical terms are correctly interpreted.
  • System Updates: Update internal systems based on data extracted from translated contracts, maintaining accuracy and consistency. Accurately enter contract data into the Planon system.
  • Document Management: Organize and manage translated documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and proofread translated contracts to ensure high-quality and error-free translations.
  • Interact with clients via the Service Now system.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS 16 standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with legal and administrative teams to clarify contract details and ensure all translations meet company standards.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on translation activities and system updates, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
