iGaming Affiliate Manager - Asia

We are looking for a motivated and experienced iGaming Affiliate Manager for Asian markets to develop and execute our affiliate and streamer marketing initiatives. We seek an individual with an analytical mindset who is social, flexible, and thrives in the rapidly evolving crypto gaming space.

• Responsible for our entire Asian affiliate marketing strategy, but with a main focus on Japan.
• Carry out new affiliates acquisitions through research, referrals, networking, cold calling, data feeds, and emails.
• Manage the onboarding process as well as business negotiations with affiliates.
• Interact with various teams to address affiliate needs in an accurate and timely manner.
• Recommend process improvements to increase revenue targets and set marketing and sales goals to achieve revenue growth.
• Maintain open communication with all affiliates on day-to-day issues.
• Develop business strategies to improve affiliate programs.
• Keep up to date with current trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities.
• Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities.
• Organize and coordinate trade shows and other promotional activities for product launches and specials.
• 1+ years of relevant iGaming experience.
• Must be fluent in Japanese or English.
• Must be Passionate about igaming and crypto with good knowledge and experience in casino.
• Have an in- depth knowledge of affiliate and influencer marketing.
• Must have strong presentation and communication skills to effectively communicate information and ideas.
• Excellent networking, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and work well independently and in a team setting.
