Responsibilities:
You work with your team on the floor on a daily basis securing excellent customer service and operations.
You lead your kitchen team by example together with your closest manager Kitchen Production Manager
You are an active member of Food manager team and will participate making and implementing action plans, secure right manning in a right place at the right time.
Together with your manager you take responsibility of Food operations, cleanliness and food safety.
You set goals and follow them up regularly and take actions accordingly.
You are responsible together with your colleagues of stock rotation and ordering goods.
Weekly and monthly inventory are one of your tasks.
