Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Barrow-in-Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role
Salary: Circa £50,000

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

• You will need to have gained experienced/a healthy background in Data Quality (DAMA, TOGAF etc.)
• Have experience with Data Quality dimensions, improvements, remediation
• You will need to have a good understanding of data governance and data quality requirements
• Be able to demonstrate success in supporting improvement programmes, ideally related to data
• Have a good ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including both technical and non-technical

Desirable

• Have a reasonable understanding of the TOGAF Framework
• Hold knowledge of the DAMA Framework

• Be responsible for promoting Data Quality through a variance of means; processes, management plans, coaching etc
• Responsible for managing a Data Issues Remediation process whilst supporting the business with effective support for data quality issues or concerns
• Be responsible for monitoring Data Quality at a business level working collaboratively with respective teams in Data & Analytics and IT functions
• Be able to make proactive improvements to de-risk poor data quality having an impact on the business
• Oversee the management of Data Quality team personnel
