- Expertise/experience in High-Speed Analytical image capture (up to 10,000fps), image data analysis, where the key focus areas are object detection, tracking, and classification.
- A degree/professional institution accreditation or equivalent in Imaging, Photography or Digital Media.
- Understanding of Digital Photography and experience in: Thermal imaging techniques and analysis, Digital Image Correlation (DIC), Faro 3D scanning.
- Ability to work in small teams as well as individually.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven record/experience and willingness to learn other imaging techniques as required.

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Working as part of the team and being the technical specialist, you will provide inspired and innovative imaging solutions. Your role will involve:
- Advising on the optimum solution to satisfy the customers data requirements. This includes advising on the design and build of bespoke camera and lighting rigs.
- Managing projects from requirement capture through to delivery of the measurement data.
- On-site support which involves practical elements for example the rigging/installation of and operating of our cameras and control systems.
- Understanding and undertaking any image calibration.
- Providing data to customers via 3D laser scanning and DIC (Digital Imaging Correlation).
Training will be provided for the specific cameras, equipment and software operated within the department.
