Job Summary:
To support the processing, delivery and monitoring of all parking back office functions including, but not limited to, CCTV clip review and PCN generation. Assisting with day to day administration, management and the development of the parking services back office provision.
Serving to promote and maintain an environment and a culture which has the highest standards and places customers first.
Job Description:
CCTV Review – use of technology systems to review footage and enable PCN generation for vehicle contravening bus lane restrictions.
Review footage of potential PCNs and through the application of the Council’s policy and training knowledge determine whether a PCN should be processed and issued.
Identify vehicles that have permission to utilise bus lane and add their details to the “whitelist”.
Daily reconciliation of clip reviews, discard rates, PCN generation and batch transfers to print partner.
Support service reporting to Client and internally.
Keep abreast of latest parking systems being implemented by attending training and learning the various areas of knowledge. Provide mentoring to other team members who may only work in Permits from time to time.
Archive paperwork and documents and make sure that all records are kept in line with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
Learn and understand the customer care code and complaints procedure to advise and provide excellent service at the first point of contact.
Undertake any other duties as required in line with the grade and the responsibilities of the post.

Training requirements to be completed to be deemed suitably qualified for role as CCTV CEO.

• Operational training to confidently and competently review footage in test environment and issue PCNs in line with Council policy prior to live operation – to be signed off by line manager
