REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3/4 years of experience working in the same role
  • Work experience in finance or credit analysis in banks

Responsibilities:

Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing credit data and financial information to assess the creditworthiness of potential and existing customers within a diversified corporate client portfolio.

Main activities:

  • Support the Credit Department team in the decision making process related to customer credit applications in compliance with the internal and external regulations in force
  • Examine corporate information, financial transactions, analyze and evaluate corporate financial data by developing internal financial model
  • Prepare and analyze financial projections (alongside cash-flow and profitability vulnerability, via ratio analysis and/or stress testing)
  • Assess the dynamics and nature of the Client’s industry, including key risk aspects and the Client’s competitive positioning within its industry
  • Discuss of management strength, experience and track record and corporate governance more broadly
  • Perform a Client’s strategy assessment and associated execution risks
  • Evaluate funding strategy, financial policy, treasury activity (hedging, cash management) and liquidity
  • Assess other pertinent risk aspects, including country risk, parental and/or governmental linkage/support, relative ranking of indebtedness
  • Contribute to the development, improvement, and implementation of best practices, guidelines, procedures
  • Prepare credit applications to be submitted to the decision-making bodies within the credit granting decision process
  • Interact with all functions involved in the credit granting process and liaise with relevant stakeholders of business units of the Bank and the Group for credit-related matters
