QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education – Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience – 5 years of experience in similar field.
  • Supervisory – 1 year
  • Language – English and Chinese preferred.
  • Computing – Advanced MS Office and payroll software.
  • HR Knowledge: Understands recruitment, hiring, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and relevant regulations like those from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). Familiar with managing employee information systems.
  • HR Systems: Familiar with HR software, databases, and using metrics to evaluate HR performance.QuickHR system (perfer)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Handle payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee office supplies, facilities maintenance, and vendor management.
  • Coordinate company events and meetings.Handle special projects and tasks as assigned by Senior Management.
