Description:
LAWYER LONDON IS LOOKING FOR AN EXCELLENT SENIOR IMMIGRATION ADVISER regulated by the IAA (OISC) Level 2
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS

We are looking for a senior immigration caseworker who can independently run initial consultations, onboard the clients, draft lists of required documents, fill in immigration applications, draft covering letters, and manage general case correspondence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage own casework
- Advise both private and corporate immigration clients across numerous immigration categories including but not limited to:
all types of Point Based System applications, Entry Clearance visas, leave to enter/ remain, further leave to remain, indefinite leave to remain applications and British citizenship applications, asylum and human rights applications - Handle partner, spouse, unmarried partner, fiancé, civil partner visas, EUSS applications, visit visa applications
- Liaise with the Home Office and Visa Application Centres on behalf of clients
- Assess relevant documents for UKVI processes and advise clients on the strengths and weaknesses of their cases
- Keep up to date with the UK immigration legislation as well as research & interpret current information
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust
- Supervise other caseworkers
