ABOUT THE JOB

  • This job role is in the travel industry and we are looking for dedicated professional to help drive the service objectives of the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

  • HND / BSc Degree in international relations or related field
  • 2+ years in the Immigration & travel industry.
  • Proficiency in Immigration law is a prerequisite
  • The Candidate should be proficient in the English Language.
  • Customer-oriented approach and exemplary sales skills
  • Ability to manage crises and emergencies within and outside working hours

Responsibilities:

  • Counsel & process clients for Permanent Residency, business/Work Permit, and all type of visa for various destination and countries.
  • Support and guide all customers with their queries such as Passport, Visa & Immigration advisory.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a creative and timely manner to maintain trust.
  • Keep clients’ up-to-date record on expiry dates of visas, quotas, CERPAC, passports etc.
  • Prepare and send out weekly reports to clients on the status of their expatriates.
  • Prompt and accurate processing of visa requests in accordance with embassy policy.
  • Liaise with the broader Operations team to ensure customer resolution and satisfaction.
  • Relate with partners to find the best solution for our clients.
  • Prepare and co-ordinate itinerary (both Lagos and out-of-station) on behalf of expatriate clients as may be required.
  • Process immigration requirements associated with the various requests.
  • Ensure proper correspondence with clients and provide prompt update/feedback on information regarding client transactions.
  • Promptly handle E-passport requests from clients.
  • Drive sales, handle basic administration and activity reporting.
  • Any other assigned duties.
