Role Overview:

• Direct Involvement: Engage directly with our clients, providing exceptional customer service and legal advice to undocumented Mexicans and Central Americans.
• Case Management: Handle a large volume of cases focusing on T visas and VAWA, ensuring the highest standards of research, writing, and case strategy.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a dedicated team, driving success and maintaining our firm’s 100% success rate in filings.
• Humanitarian Focus: A strong passion for humanitarian immigration options is essential, as our firm specializes in supporting victims of labor trafficking and extreme cruelty.

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate, Experienced Advocate: You are dedicated to helping those who have been historically disadvantaged, using the law as a tool for social change. Licensed to practice in the US, ideally with 3+ years experience.
• Creative Thinker: Your approach to legal challenges is innovative, looking for new ways to navigate and narrow the divides in our society.
• Leadership Skills: With the ability to manage both a team and a large caseload, you’re a natural leader who thrives under pressure.
• Communication Mastery: Excellent communication skills are essential, as you’ll be interacting with clients and team members daily.
• Adaptable and Resilient: You thrive in fast-paced, changing environments, much like a startup culture.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

• Competitive Compensation: Starting Salary DOE and location. We also offer a fee-share for cases you bring in. For Phoenix-based candidates, the pay bands are as follows:
• Level 1experience: $77,043
• Level 2 experience: $113,526
• Level 3 experience: $150,036
• Level 4 experience: $186,514
