Role Overview:
- Direct Involvement: Engage directly with our clients, providing exceptional customer service and legal advice to undocumented Mexicans and Central Americans.
- Case Management: Handle a large volume of cases focusing on T visas and VAWA, ensuring the highest standards of research, writing, and case strategy.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a dedicated team, driving success and maintaining our firm’s 100% success rate in filings.
- Humanitarian Focus: A strong passion for humanitarian immigration options is essential, as our firm specializes in supporting victims of labor trafficking and extreme cruelty.

Ideal Candidate:

- Level 1experience: $77,043
- Level 2 experience: $113,526
- Level 3 experience: $150,036
- Level 4 experience: $186,514
