Description:
Location – London, City - with travel to the Guildford office as required
Job type – Full-Time
Hours of work – Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm (40 hours per week)
Contract type – Permanent
Hybrid working – Two days office, three days remote (upon successful completion of probation); Full-time in the London office for the first 3 months.
EXPERIENCE: SKILLS / ABILITIES & KNOWLEDGE
- Desired: 1 to 2 years’ experience with managing UK immigration casework
- Desired, but not essential: OISC Accreditation at Level 1 - will train and sponsor exam
- UK case work in corporate and general immigration experience in an OISC regulated environment
- Good legal research skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in English
- Consultative and pro-active approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as being a team player.
- Be able to think quickly and creatively.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Working as part of the UK immigration team, you are meticulous and organised in your work with a proactive and solution-based approach to every component of our clients immigration needs.
As a member of the team, you will collaborate globally between our hubs and partner network in the delivery of our services. In your role and areas of responsibility you demonstrate commercial awareness and work in line and towards K2’s vision and goals of service excellence.
The role will require you to develop a relationship with K2 Corporate Mobility’s existing clients, proactively managing their immigration needs in a fast-paced environment. You will act as a point of contact for both assignees and HR contacts and be accountable for managing and tracking all aspects of K2’s clients immigration needs, serving as the primary point of contact.
The role will share the ownership and accountability of assigned client accounts with the appointed account manager in areas of compliance and advisory. You will liaise closely with the K2 mobility teams, proactively planning and managing international relocations in a fast paced environment.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiate, manage and execute (when applicable) all immigration services.
- This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- UK inbound permits:
- Skilled Worker and GBM Certificates of sponsorship
- Leave to Remain and Entry Clearance applications
- ILR, Family, Citizenship and Naturalisation applications
- Provide clear, consistent and concise information to the HR/ Assignee and propose best options for their situation ensuring legal compliance is maintained.
- Conduct extensive case and regulation based research where necessary
- Maintain up to date knowledge to adhere to OISC rules and codes
- Assume responsibility and accountability ensuring all services are delivered in a timely manner and in compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Close follow up until full case completion and ongoing tracking and audit
- Ensure all files are set up in accordance to K2 policy and our internal operation systems are completed accurately and promptly where all information is recorded in a timely manner.
- Aim at all times for high service delivery, at every client touch point, generating enthusiastically satisfied clients.
