We have an opportunity for an Immigration Coordinator to join our Shared Services team in Sheffield on a full time, permanent basis.

About the team:
The Fragomen Consular Practice team provides consular and substantive US immigration assistance matters either as stand-alone services or part of a larger immigration application process. This team’s approach is designed to maximise efficiencies, ensure ownership of work and to empower team members to design work practices to meet the expectations of their clients.
About the role:
The Immigration Coordinator helps to provide exceptional levels of business support to a wide range of clients by supporting Fragomen’s offices in an administrative capacity. They are exposed to a full range of immigration processes and administrative tasks.
Other key responsibilities will include:
- Draft immigration applications
- Maintain Fragomen’s database and client folders up to date
- Save and upload case related documents and government decisions onto Fragomen’s database
- Book appointments/ Check appointment availability
- Participate in case audits/ closing cases
- Take on any additional projects as required
About you:
To be successful in this role you will have strong administrative and data entry skills, this can be taken from either previous work experience or educational background. You will be comfortable working in a team with excellent communication skills.
Also required:
- Ability to work flexibly and accurately in a fast-paced environment

- Be confident in written communication with government authorities
- Demonstrate exceptional planning and time management skills with an ability to multi-task
- Be proactive and able to act under instruction with limited supervision

- Completes tasks within agreed timeframes and in line with expectations

Fragomen in Sheffield:
Our Sheffield office is based in the city centre with the added bonus of free on-site parking, as well as several public transport links close by. The office has approximately 400 people working collaboratively and creating a dynamic, positive environment with over 20 different languages being spoken.
