Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced UK Immigration Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive immigration advice and services to employees, ensuring compliance with UK immigration laws and regulations. This role requires a deep understanding of UK immigration policies, excellent management skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of cases effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on UK immigration matters to employees.
- Manage a diverse caseload, including visa applications sponsorship licenses, and extensions.
- Prepare and submit immigration applications to the Home Office.
- Keep up to date with changes in immigration law and regulations.
- Liaise with employees to gather necessary documentation and information.
- Assist employees with compliance and risk management related to immigration issues.
- Represent employees in discussions with the Home Office and other relevant authorities.
- Conduct consultations and prepare detailed case assessments and strategies.
- Deliver excellent client service, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in immigration consultancy or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of UK immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a variety of immigration cases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in using case management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- OISC Level 1, 2, or 3 registration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with corporate immigration and sponsorship licensing.
- Background in a law firm or specialized immigration consultancy.
