We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our UK Inbound team in London on a full time, permanent basis.

About the team:
Our UK Inbound team is a diverse team with experienced Senior Associates, Associates, Senior Paralegals and Paralegals. Using their entrepreneurial spirit the team is constantly thinking of new ways to provide industry-leading immigration support.
Our Partner leads on the UK’s wellbeing initiative, and our team also has focus on firm’s pro bono and technology offerings. As part of the firm’s Sector Specific Business Development Programme, we are lucky to have colleagues who lead on various Sectors.
We also work closely with our important strategic partner, Talent Beyond Boundaries and enjoy good relationships with key organisations within the immigration ecosystem such as IOM.
About the role:
The Immigration Paralegal will assist in the day-to-day functions of the UK Inbound team working closely with a specific Associate, including all aspects of casework and assisting in the preparation of applications. They will benefit from direct supervision from their Associate and other team members and assist in the preparation for and attendance of external meetings, marketing events and project work. There is opportunity to work on varied application types including compliance related elements, albeit principally sponsored worker applications.
The role works with a varied client base, with everything from global tech firms to hedge funds, and a leading international games studio.

Other key responsibilities will include and experience of these will be beneficial:

• Assisting in preparing and delivering client presentations, best practice sessions and training
• Under direct supervision, acting as a caseworker on straightforward cases
• Supporting Senior Paralegals and Associates with the progression of more complicated cases
• Reviewing client queries and drafting responses for review by Senior Paralegals and Associates
• Preparing documentation for applications under visa routes that include Skilled Worker, Intra-Company Transfer, Settlement, Appendix FM, Naturalisation and others as directed
• Reviewing applicant and approval documentation
• Updating the case management system and general administrative support as required

About you:
Ideally you will have previous experience within immigration or a client-facing professional role. A law degree is not required but a desire to develop your career within a corporate environment is essential. The ideal candidate would be willing to volunteer for project work, such as preparing presentations, drafting articles, and helping on a social pillar.

Also required:
