Immigration Paralegal

We are in search of an Immigration Paralegal to be a part of our team in Dalton, Georgia. The role involves handling immigration petitions including family-based, employment-based, and removal defense, among other related tasks. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in Immigration Law and proficiency in the Spanish language.

• Prepare and process immigration petitions, both family-based and employment-based
• Carry out hearing preparations as required
• Stay updated on immigration laws to provide accurate advice and service
• Use your bilingual skills to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients
• Assist with removal defense cases ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
• Must hold a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal
• Proficient knowledge in Immigration Law is required
• Experience in Employment-Based Immigration is necessary
• Fluency in Spanish language is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Solid understanding of legal terminology and principles
• Proficiency in using legal research software and databases
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities is a must
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
