WHAT YOU NEED (REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related
- +7 years as Agency Director, Advertising Media Director or similar experience
- Digital Marketing and analytics tools
- High-level negotiations experience
- Advanced English Level
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Impactful Brand Experience Social & Influencers Manager for the Andean Region you will lead of the whole media communication process for the brand working to obtain the best negotiations with media vendors and agencies to deliver efficient and effective comms plans. Nurture relationships with external and internal key collaborators to achieve goals!
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Coordinate the media/communication process
- Ensures business objectives translate into communication objectives and media plans and contribute accordingly
- Optimizes IMC campaign effectiveness to builds sales and brand equity by measuring effectiveness of the campaign elements and marketing mix
- Handle financial control and budget efficiency
- Responsible for all media vendors and agency negotiations
- Lead digital approach through all the company
- Follow-up performance of media & eComm plans (attribution Models)
- Key point of contact between Customer Marketing and Retail Marketing for performance campaigns
