About the role
The Rehire Sales department is a small team responsible for hiring our solutions to our trade customers who hire onto the end user. In some cases, we have a trusted relationship with the Hire company enough to speak and quote the end users directly, others depend on quick communication with our customer in order to serve their customers efficiently and win orders. As such, the speed of quoting is essential to the business.
This is a full-time office-based role as an implant within the Speedy HQ at Haydock (near Warrington), for a dynamic and motivated salesperson. You will need to be an outgoing proactive individual with ‘hunter’ sales skills, as this role will have a particular emphasis on outbound calls to both Speedy account managers and their end user database to generate new opportunities, organise sales presentations and site visits. You will also be responsible for qualifying enquiries, managing hire transactions, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth by providing exceptional service and support, although you will have an assistant for the admin side. Due to the nature of the hire industry, you will need to work to strict SLA’s and to record monthly set KPI’s on the company’s CRM.
An induction and training program will be provided which will involve staying away at our Dartford and Ellesmere Port offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the RVT/Speedy inbox and responding to enquiries within SLA targets
  • Qualifying opportunities, proposing solutions and quoting accordingly
  • Pipeline management and recording all customer interactions on CRM (RVT and Speedy)
  • Focus on outbound prospect calls and networking with Speedy sales ‘colleagues’
  • Supporting with hire transactions and customer relationships throughout the sale
  • Attending and contributing to daily internal huddles, coaching and training sessions

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Telesales/Telemarketing experience
  • Customer-centric mindset and confident in speaking to customers
  • CRM/ERP experience (we use Hubspot)
  • IT literacy – use of standard MS office suite
  • Self-motivated and able to work along when required
  • Target driven and motivated to achieve KPIs
  • Always willing to learn, and support other team members and departments
  • Willing to travel to London occasionally for training and team events
