We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Implementation Analyst to join our team. The Implementation Analyst will be responsible for implementation activities and will work together with Technology Practices to ensure successful delivery of major initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute implementation plans for all ongoing releases including documenting runsheets, rosters, communication plans, release notes and change requests.
  • Management of Production Change Requests.Organise workshops for runsheet reviews, Implementation plans and Rosters.
  • Management of dress rehearsals in the Pre-Production environment.
  • Ownership and execution of Production Change Requests.
  • Ownership and execution of Environment Assessment requests for all non-production IER environments.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical team members, environment managers, business, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with other Technical Implementation Leads to achieve integrated deployments ensuring upstream/ downstream impacts and outages identified.
  • Communicate the release plans among teams including Service Owners.
  • Jira and Confluence updates for Implementation in scope items and tracking them as they progress with releases.
  • Manage Hypercare and post Go Live support as required.
