As our Implementation & Client Solutions Manager, you will:
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Mentor and develop your team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
- Drive Strategic Initiatives: Shape the future of our implementation solutions by assessing and implementing strategies for offboarding and expanding to new markets.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Define, implement, and maintain efficient processes and service level agreements.
- Build Strong Client Relationships: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver exceptional solutions.
- Build Strong Internal Relationships: Collaborate with internal stakeholders including the Business Development, Client Management and IT teams (Data Solutions Group).
- Solve Complex Problems: Address challenges and find innovative solutions to achieve business objectives.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously develop your industry knowledge and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Foster a Culture of Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to protect the business.
- Support Business Growth: Contribute to business development initiatives and proactively seek new opportunities.
- Champion Business Continuity: Develop and maintain robust business continuity plans to ensure operational resilience.
