Description:

Webexpenses, headquartered out of the UK with offices in Australia and North America is a dynamic SaaS company that has rapidly emerged as a major player in the global online expense management market. Our mission is to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness by eliminating manual processes and elevating our clients’ visibility into their company’s expenditures.
Join us at an exciting juncture following Webexpenses’ acquisition by a private equity company specialising in SaaS businesses.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Due to the growth of our thriving and well-established Australian team based on the Sunshine Coast we now have a fantastic opportunity for an Implementation Consultant to join our team. We are in search for our next star, who is eager to carve a lasting imprint on our business and elevate our clients’ experiences while continuing to grow their career. This is your opportunity to be a part of our growing business.
You don’t need to be a software developer but you will be proficient with technology. You may currently be in an IT customer support position looking to further develop your skills and experience, or already have some implementation experience and are now looking for progression.
In this role you will be at the forefront of our customers journey working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to lead implementation projects and platform rollouts. You’ll be the driving force behind the success of client implementation projects and play a pivotal role in building relationships with our valued and prospective clients; ensuring they receive nothing short of an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading client implementations including managing the project plan, timelines and project resources.
  • Clearly communicating the implementation status, issues, risks and effort.
  • Understanding customer use cases and requirements, applying best practice.
  • Troubleshooting customer issues during implementations.
  • Managing client and internal stakeholder relationships for the duration of the implementation process.
  • Providing and maintaining a high level of service, with a professional representation of the company at all times.

To be considered for this exciting role candidates will have:

  • A systematic problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in simplifying complex scenarios.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An understanding of software technology and an ongoing willingness to learn.
  • Demonstrated success in previous customer support roles within a B2B setting.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Familiarity with finance or an understanding of financial software.
  • Ability to speak, and build relationships, with clients.

In addition to a role that’s perfect for opportunity-driven candidates, we offer a comprehensive package of benefits:

  • 20 days vacation leave + public holidays, an additional day off on your birthday, retail discount and EAP schemes.
  • Work-Life Balance: We prioritise your well-being and believe in fostering a healthy work-life balance, ensuring you have time for both personal and professional pursuits.
  • Career Progression: We are a growing organisation and we want our team to grow with the business and take on new responsibilities.
  • Hybrid Working Environment: Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work setup, combining the best of both worlds with three days in the office and two days working from home.
  • Ongoing Learning and Development: We invest in your growth and development with ongoing learning opportunities, including monthly study days to enhance your skills and expertise.

If you have been waiting for the opportunity to join a growing business, to take accountability and make a positive difference to the service offered to our expanding client base, we want to hear from you.
Key to this role is an awareness of data privacy and security as you will be dealing with sensitive data in accordance with Webexpenses security policies.
