DESCRIPTION

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for understanding our clients needs therefore ensuring the smooth implementation of our systems.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

• Previous accounting experience (ideally legal accounting).
• Strong Administrative skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain focused and organized.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Understand all the functionality within the various systems.
• Effectively manage Project Milestones and Due Dates.
  Previous GhostPractice experience and Project Management experience would be advantageous.

• Understand all the functionality within the various systems that the team onboard and implement. (GhostPractice, Core, Index, Credas and SM22).
• Interviewing clients and their staff to understand their business and operational requirements.
• Analysing the information that clients currently use to perform their duties.
• Data migrations where required this includes but not limited to managing and completing the conversion process between the conversions Team and Implementation Team.
• Train clients on all the functionality within the various systems.
• Problem solving of client issues.
• Functional testing of software.
• Preparing and managing project plans.
• Servicing clients in terms of their requirements of the various systems.
• Meeting with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project process.
