We are looking for a Consultant to scale-up our expansion in Germany. As our key representative in the region, you will manage implementation projects, build client relationships, and support our customers. It’s a varied and exciting role for someone who loves connecting with people and getting things done. In this role, you’ll wear many hats and will be working on multiple projects at once, but your main focus will be on:
+ Ensuring everything runs smoothly, whether on-site or remotely. From in depth demonstrations, configuring the software to training users.
+ Building strong relationships with clients (both management and core users), identifying their needs, providing advice and being their go-to expert. You’ll help them get the most out of our solutions, turning their (financial) workflows into efficient, automated processes that work long-term.
+ Translating local client needs into actionable input for our product team, helping to align customer feedback with our strategic goals and ensuring our solutions remain relevant, scalable, and easy to use.
+ Bringing fresh ideas to both clients and the Whitevision team, by keeping up with industry trends.
+ Occasionally, you’ll handle first-line support for our German-speaking clients.
