POSITION OVERVIEW

Intrahealth is looking for a high-energy Implementation Consultant to help us solve client business challenges and generate elated end-users of our product. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software for our healthcare clients. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, configuring the EMR system to meet those needs, and providing training and support throughout the implementation process.
Our ideal candidate is proactive, a quick learner, an excellent communicator, and can identify solutions in a complex business environment in a customer friendly and timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or a related role.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful software implementations.
• Strong knowledge of a software product company in the healthcare space, including an understanding of development cycles and processes.
• Current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems using experience, creativity, and sound judgment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• Nice to haves:
• Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster).
• Professional certifications in business analysis / product ownership (e.g., Certified Product Owner, IIBA).
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record software.
• Experience with Profile.
