Description:
IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT
Our client in retail industry is rolling out a new digital application. The Implementation Consultant will play a critical role in facilitating the adoption and usage of this new tool, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, gathering user feedback, and delivering training and support to internal teams.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in organizing and facilitating user training and onboarding sessions, ideally in a digital platform rollout.
- Strong communication skills, with experience in creating engaging newsletters, presentations, and other communication materials.
- Proficiency in MS Teams, SharePoint, Jira, MS Excel, and other collaboration tools.
- Ability to manage feedback sessions and document insights for ongoing product improvements.
- Prior experience in consulting or supporting end users in a tech or retail environment is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- User Test Meetings & Feedback Gathering: Organize and conduct 2-3 user test meetings to review and gather sign-offs on the pre-defined project scope. Collect and document feedback from merchandising and product marketing teams to improve tool functionality and support the full activation of M-3 Market Range.
- Creation of Communication Materials: Develop and distribute 2-3 announcements, newsletters, and PowerPoint presentations highlighting new product features and updates. These materials will be shared with users via virtual meetings, Yammer posts, emails, and Teams messages, ensuring clear communication of bi-weekly product launches.
- Training & Onboarding: Develop and host 3-4 weekly training sessions (via MS Teams) with local business units and market merchandising teams. Prepare training materials (PPT, Excel, SharePoint) and deliver user onboarding sessions, ensuring a seamless transition to the M-3 Market Range platform.
- Content Creation for Product Rollout: Create and post communication materials (e.g., Yammer posts, GIFs, videos) promoting upcoming trainings and product feature releases. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of these communications.
- Range Layout & Template Development: Design 3-4 detailed range layouts and templates, based on input from the product owner, to support the merchandising teams in transitioning to the new platform.
- User Feedback & Improvement: Gather monthly feedback from end users through MS Forms, documenting challenges and opportunities for improvement in the tool. Present findings to the product owner for future enhancements.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Facilitate 3-4 UAT sessions, documenting results in Jira and MS Excel. Provide clear feedback on user experience to the product owner to ensure a successful product launch.
- End-User Consultancy: Provide expert guidance and consultancy to end users on how to best utilize the M-3 tool. Offer advice and troubleshoot issues as needed, ensuring smooth adoption across different markets.
- Documentation & Approval: Ensure all training, communication, and user feedback materials are documented and submitted for approval before further implementation.
