IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT, MATERIALS MANAGEMENT (REMOTE WITHIN NORTH AMERICA)
Reporting to the Manager of Implementation, we’re seeking an experienced, passionate Implementation Consultant, Materials Management to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the creation and maintenance of strong client relations throughout the assigned project, leading to the successful software implementation of Multiview Financial Software with a focus on Materials Management.
As an Implementation Consultant, Materials Management, you will play a critical role in helping our clients with their software implementation. You will work directly with clients and internal departments to ensure a successful implementation deliverable within the project scope and budget, providing product recommendations, configurations, and technical guidance for integrations and effective technical solutions.
The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Being the “go-to” specialist for all things Materials Management.
- Collaborating with our internal teams for Materials Management implementations.
- Improving existing implementation practices around Materials Management.
- Continually improving how our product integrates with third parties.
THE IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT IS AN EXCELLENT PROBLEM SOLVER, COMMUNICATOR AND SOMEONE WHO CAN MEET OUR CLIENTS REQUIREMENTS IN A FAST-PACED, GROWING TECHNOLOGY COMPANY WHILE MAINTAINING A POSITIVE ATTITUDE IN A TECHNICAL CLIENT-FACING FUNCTION.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- A degree, diploma, or certification in Accounting, Commerce, Bookkeeping, or related Materials Management experience within the healthcare industry.
- Experience Level: 2-4 years in a Materials Management role or related experience
- Passion for client success, technology, and software implementation.
- Strong aptitude for software usage– preferably in the Financials/Enterprise products and services, financial software, Materials Management etc.
- Excellent client service skills; self-starter with experience in client-facing situations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, training/coaching, and interpersonal skills in a client-facing role are required.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with the ability to multi-task, probe, analyze and problem-solve with critical attention to detail.
- Strong organization, planning, prioritization, and time management skills with a great sense of urgency to organize, schedule, and facilitate meetings effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders and employees in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently with little supervision.
- Willingness to be coached, mentored, and driven to reach your fullest potential.
- Experience demonstrating Multiview’s core values, building, and advancing the reputation of the company and its clients.

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Work with new clients to assist them with transitioning from a legacy financial system to Multiview Financial Software.
- Collaborate with Multiview’s Implementation team, processes, and methodologies in the development, management, and execution of client project plans.
- Perform detailed analysis, proactively identifying complex business process workflows and requirements to propose appropriate system solutions.
- Prepare project plans and work with new clients to identify, interpret, validate, and document project requirements and milestones.
- Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives.
- Act as liaison with clients for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
- Continuously strive to improve product integration with third parties.
- Interact closely with Client Support team to resolve client issues relating to Materials Management.
- Provide coaching and training to new staff around the utilization of Materials Management.
- Work with internal departments as a subject matter expert to develop implementation best practices for Materials Management.
- Support new clients in their go-live process, facilitate technical discussions, whiteboarding for project integrations and technical solutions.
- Document and manage project deliverables, risks, and actions.
- Provide regular Implementation status reports to key stakeholders, highlighting critical issues and the overall status of assigned projects; investigating and making recommendations on issues that challenge scope boundaries.
- Maintain a highly detail-oriented view of client project plans, while exercising good interpersonal and organizational skills to develop strong client relationships.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines; track time to adequately capture revenue.
- Support clients through all phases of the implementation as required, including requirements and escalations.
- Deal with confidential data and adhere to applicable data protection acts such as HIPAA standards.
