Are you passionate about assisting customers, and do you have experience with library solutions? We seek a new implementation consultant to join our Implementation & Services team, which is focused on implementing our library solutions in Scandinavia and Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Train superusers and system administrators in the use and configuration of Cicero.
- Ensure good communication with customers regarding the setup of Cicero, including providing guidance based on our experiences.
- Optimize implementation processes, ensuring effectiveness and high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct webinars, workshops, and courses with customers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create newsletters and other user-facing documentation
