The Client Onboarding Experience Team (COET) / is currently seeking a highly skilled and detailed-oriented Implementation Coordinator to join our dynamic Global Implementation Team. In this crucial role, the Implementation Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our esteemed clients. This will be achieved by performing a diverse range of administrative and coordination tasks during the Transition process. By collaborating with multiple workstreams, the Implementation Coordinator will facilitate efficient execution of the transition processes, contributing to client satisfaction and operational effectiveness. Additionally, the Implementation Coordinator will actively partner with Sr. Implementation Manager and Implementation Managers, demonstrating exceptional precision and efficiency in executing specific transition tasks from mobilization through optimization.

  • Location: Heredia, Costa Rica.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
  • Work model: Hybrid.
  • Contract Type: Indefinite-term

Role Requirements:

  • Demonstrate high level precision and proficiency in Governance tools when executing mobilization to optimization tasks to address program needs.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with clients both external and internal (e.g. Implementation Team and PMO) in various workstreams to ensure seamless cooperation throughout the transition process.
  • Skillfully leverage problem-solving abilities to achieve both firm and client business goals to successfully clarify ambiguity.
  • Value high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail and have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar support or administrative role, preferably in a corporate or commercial real estate environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Workfront, Microsoft Office Suite, Especially Excel and Project, and other relevant software.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a record of accomplishment of proactively identifying potential issues and formulating solutions and contingency plans.
  • Excellent professional presence with excellent business and written/oral communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrate adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adept at gathering and documenting comprehensive business requirements.
  • Comfortable engaging with individuals at all levels of an organization.
  • Self-driven, consistently seeking ways to make a meaningful impact.
