The Job
Do you have experience in coordinating and scheduling personnel, with a solid understanding of software adoption processes? Or are you a super organised administrator with fantastic IT and software skills, looking for a change?
If you are interested in expanding your expertise, we would like to get to know you and discuss how you would fit into our implementation team as a crucial member.
Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Help support and work towards implementation objectives by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal personnel and contractors, towards flawless execution of implementations.
  • Work with management on the planning, availability and allocation of personnel.
  • Have an understanding of Implementation Consultants capacity when planning their overall workload.
  • Assist, monitor & record the progress/success of implementations and any training activities, by ensuring client documentation is actioned promptly.
  • Work with the Sales and Implementation teams to keep customer implementations progressing.
  • Identify and escalate any issues to the Implementation and Customer Success Managers.
  • Ensure all work orders are updated daily.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous use of Salesforce or similar CRM would be advantageous.
  • Organisational skills, along with attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills.
  • A genuine self-starter who has drive and determination.
  • Excellent time management skills, with a sense of urgency when needed.
  • Someone motivated by KPIs and targets.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
