QUALIFICATIONS

We imagine that the right candidate will have the following skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or another relevant field
• Several years of experience in IT or Automation projects, including project management
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager with strong stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe frameworks is an advantage
• Fluent in spoken and written English

You’re a strong communicator, structured, and able to guide LoB at all levels to ensure successful implementations. You thrive on working independently as well as collaborative-ly within a team and can quickly adapt to changing circumstances. • Coordinate onboarding with Line of Business (LoB) teams and vendors to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
• Understand business processes and deliver global BMS solutions, ensuring successful onboarding for each team.
• Manage risks related to BMS implementations and proactively assess changes for suc-cessful execution.
• Engage and collaborate closely with LoB, PMO, and vendors, reaching out to key stake-holders as needed.
• Develop and standardize an implementation model to streamline solution rollouts.
• Participate in agile events, promote task transparency, raise and resolve impediments, and share best practices with other Implementation Leads
