YOUR ROLE

This role offers you the opportunity to showcase your project management expertise and technical skills. As an Implementation Manager, you will assist and provide technical oversight and guidance through your project management and task tracking activities. Working cross-functionally with other teams, you will coordinate the deployment and installation of equipment and infrastructure within a data center environment. It will be your mission to ensure these deployments are completed on time, on budget and error-free.
You will be part of a 4-person Nordic team and support our 10 data centers, but primarily the Danish sites. We work together on a daily basis and support each other with highs and lows.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Implementation Manager’s primary responsibility is project management of customer implementations. This typically includes the installation of racks, electrical distribution, cages, containment systems and data cable infrastructure. You will manage multiple simultaneous projects across several data centers using standard project and construction management best practices. Amongst others these will be your tasks:

• Effectively manage the execution of all assigned customer implementation projects, in accordance with the contractual agreements and implementation timelines.
• Complete end-to-end planning, coordinate of work and take responsibility for resource allocation, quality specs and timeline.
• Coordinate delivery of multiple installations and keep a complete record of process and results.
• Be responsible for and manage customer’s acceptance after completion.
• Assist with coordination of on-site deliveries.
• Submit vendor access requests and ensure vendor’s access is validates in time to keep work on schedule.
